New Patients

Welcome to the Garden Valley Veterinary Hospital family!

Are you a first-time patient or a new pet owner? We’re here to work with you as you navigate what’s required to raise a happy, healthy pet. On our website, you can find links to great resources like the American Kennel Club or the Association of American Veterinary Medical College, where you can read up on all you need to know about cats, dogs, and other pets.

You can also take a virtual office tour ahead of your appointment, getting a feel for our facilities.

If you’re worried about payment, don’t be. At Garden Valley, we want to make payments convenient for you. You can pay by cash, check, credit card (including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa), and debit card.

You may also want to consider registering through our CareCredit program. This can cover sudden expenses like pet injury or illness. Under this program, you don’t have to worry about an annual fee and you get six months of interest-free payments. Your total sum will be reduced into smaller payments over six months. It only takes a couple of minutes to be approved.

What to Expect

When you are looking for a veterinary care clinic you should be able to count on superior care and excellent service.  We at Garden Valley Veterinary Hospital in Windsor CO have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible healthcare for your pet. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.  Call 970-368-4032 to schedule an appointment and we will find a time that is convenient for you.

Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up.  This will include a full physical exam, and may include teeth and gum cleaning if needed.  Dr. Kloer or Dr. Touran will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Garden Valley Veterinary Hospital for service.

Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It can be helpful to keep a journal of your pet’s health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team.  If not, let us know everything that you think will be important as every detail counts.

In some circumstances, Dr. Kloer or Dr. Touran will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
